When I watch the movie, I always wonder if Bifur picks out his own clothes. Personally, I like to imagine that while he isn’t completely insane, he is somewhat confused about details and that Bofur and Bombur have to help whim with finding proper clothes.

Not sure if you can actually tell from the picture, but Bifur found himself a potato sack, which he’s very fond of

Personally, I think Biff’s outfit is one of the snazziest of the whole company- all those textures and contrasts and bold stripes. He is a very stylish Dwarf.
